What should I do if I receive a faulty artwork?

We are sorry that your artwork came faulty! 😞 If you received a package that is visibly damaged, please make sure to check its content and refuse delivery if your artwork turned out to be also damaged.

If you happen to discover the damage after the delivery, please contact us here from the e-mail address used to place your order and send us some photos of the artwork received as well as the box so that we can help. You can also email us directly at hello@artcartels.com.

What happens if my package is missing some of the artwork I ordered?

We are sorry that you received an incomplete order! 😞 Please contact us here from the e-mail address used to place your order and send us some photos of the items received so that we can help. Please make sure you mention in your message if the box was damaged.

What happens if my package is marked as signed but I didn’t receive it?

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your package! 😞 Please contact us here from the e-mail address used to place your order so that we can contact the shipping company on your behalf to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What happens if I received the wrong artwork?

What is the estimated time of delivery?

The delivery time depends on processing time (handmade) and shipping time.
Processing time is 2 to 4 days. Shipping time is 1 to 3 days.
On average, the total delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping to the USA and Australia for orders above $149. Otherwise, $6.95 for standard shipping. For international orders, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. For more info, check out our shipping policy page.

What shipping companies do you use?

We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Do you deliver to PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO, mail box addresses?

At the moment, we can’t deliver to PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO, and mailbox addresses.

How can I change my shipping address?

You have a maximum of 12 hours after placing an order to change your shipping address. Beyond that, we can no longer edit your order as it has been processed.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, and Australia. Depending on your shipping address, we will route your order to the nearest facility.

Do you have an expedited shipping option at an additional fee?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide the option to pay extra for expedited delivery. However, rest assured that we’re working around the clock to ship all the packages in a timely manner, and remember: our artworks are worth waiting for. 😊

What is your return policy?

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.

All arts are made to order. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers.

However, upon reception of your order, in those different cases, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Can I return a custom artwork?

As per our policy, the custom prints are not eligible for a refund. Please check out our return policy.

Can I exchange any of your products?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to exchange a purchased artwork as it is made-to-order. Please check out our return policy here.
