By placing an order through Art Cartels you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

Note: Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of your order.

All artwork is made to order. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers.

However, upon reception of your order, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders that are still in transit to your address are not eligible for a return and refund.

The below cases are eligible for a 30-day return.

– Damaged and Wrong Product Issues

Have you received a damaged product?

Please follow these instructions and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Send photos of:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photo of the entire print
  • Photo of package label, text/barcode must be legible
  • Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
  • Photo of the outside of the package, preferably a close-up of any damage to the package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.

We need photos in good resolution. Feel free to send them in full or large size.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

– Damage During Shipping

Please contact us immediately, send us the photos of damaged items, and we will send you a replacement.

Make sure to include photos of the shipping box & detailed shots of the damage in your email, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter, but refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.

If your items are lost in transit, we will replace them for free.

– Buyer’s Remorse

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your artwork, contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. DO NOT return the artwork to our office address. We will provide you the authorization to return with shipping information.

Please note that for customer’s remorse, you need to pay your return shipping fee. Once we accept the artwork, we will refund the money to your original payment method.

B. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive a full refund – but minus the shipping cost.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

D. Exceptions

All custom products that are ordered by request (not listed on this website) are not eligible for return and refund.
