Most of our artworks are produced from 16x24in (40x60cm) to 45x60in (110x150cm). Some of them can even be printed up to 48x64in (120 x 160cm).

You don’t need to worry about the ink either. Our thermal inkjet printers use the latest chromolithography technology, creating vibrant multi-color prints.

Option 1: Rolled Canvas
If you choose rolled canvas, your artwork will arrive rolled in durable tube packaging. You will need to buy the frame and stretch the canvas by yourself.
Option 2: 1.25″ Gallery Wrap
Our expert framing team carefully handfinishes each corner fold to ensure a flawless and snug fit.
These wraps have a luxurious thickness of 3cm (1.25″), making your art truly stand out from the wall.
Option 3: 1.75″ Floater Frame (Black / White)
Our premium pine wood floater frame creates a floating border, sitting just 5mm from the edge of the canvas.
With an extra thickness of 1.75″, it adds depth and dimension to your artwork.

Where We Ship From
All orders are handmade and delivered locally in one of 9 facilities in the USA, Canada, UK, Spain, and Australia.
This means you won’t pay any import duties for orders within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.
All other international orders will be shipped from one of these facilities (nearest your location).
We partner with major carriers worldwide; depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal authority.
Shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your postal office, and customs practices.
Customs & Duties
All orders within the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia are not subject to customs, thanks to our local production facility.
Orders outside these countries may be subject to customs depending on your country’s regulations.
*Art Cartels does not cover any taxes or customs fees you may need to pay once the artwork arrives in your country. You will be responsible for paying any additional customs taxes or charges according to your government regulations.
Track Your Shipment
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

Cancellation
You may cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase if you’re experiencing immediate buyer remorse.
Beyond that, your canvas has been processed and we can no longer edit your order.
Damage During Shipping
If your work is damaged or you received the wrong image, please contact us at hello@artcartels.com no later than 3 days (72 hours) after receiving your order.
After receiving your details, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
Make sure to include photos of the shipping box & detailed shots of the damage in your email, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter, but refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.
If your items are lost in transit, we will replace them for free.
Return / Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders that are still in transit to your address are not eligible for a return and refund.
Each order is custom-made just for you and shortly after your order is placed, our team of professional printers and framers goes to work.

Custom artwork (made as per the customer’s request) is not eligible for return.
We print and frame everything in the USA, UK, Spain, and Australia; we use the best canvas on the market, only fine art printers, and we hand-assemble every frame.
